1. Tentang aplikasi ini

PasarMalam.app ialah aplikasi jualan (POS) untuk peniaga pasar malam. Ia digunakan untuk merekod jualan, melihat jumlah jualan dan prestasi, mengurus senarai item, dan menghantar sesi jualan pekerja kepada bos.

2. Data yang disimpan dalam telefon anda

Aplikasi menyimpan maklumat berikut secara setempat dalam telefon anda:

3. Data yang kami kumpul

Tiada. Aplikasi ini tidak mempunyai akaun pengguna, dan tidak menggunakan alat analitik, iklan, penjejak atau laporan ranap pihak ketiga.

4. Langganan melalui Google Play

Pelan berbayar (Peniaga Kecil dan Peniaga Besar) dibeli dan diurus melalui Google Play. Pembayaran diproses oleh Google; kami tidak menerima butiran kad atau bayaran anda.

5. Sandaran (backup)

Sandaran automatik Android

Jika anda menghidupkan sandaran Google dalam tetapan telefon anda, Android boleh menyandarkan pangkalan data aplikasi ini ke akaun Google anda, dan memulihkannya apabila anda menukar telefon. Ini diuruskan oleh Google mengikut Dasar Privasi Google dan tetapan telefon anda. Anda boleh mematikannya dalam Tetapan telefon.

Fail sandaran manual

Pilihan Simpan sandaran data membuat satu fail di lokasi yang anda pilih sendiri. Fail itu berada di bawah kawalan anda; simpan ia dengan selamat.

6. Kongsi ringkasan dan hantar sesi ke bos

Butang Kongsi pada halaman Prestasi membuka menu kongsi Android dengan ringkasan jualan.

Butang Hantar ke bos membuka menu kongsi Android dengan fail sesi. Fail ini mengandungi jualan satu sesi: nama sesi, masa, item, kuantiti, harga, jumlah dan cara bayaran. Sesi yang dihantar dengan cara ini dipadam daripada telefon anda selepas 12 jam. Penerima (contohnya bos anda) boleh membuka fail itu dalam aplikasi ini dan menambahnya ke telefonnya.

Dalam kedua-dua keadaan, data hanya dikongsi apabila anda sendiri memilih aplikasi (contohnya WhatsApp atau Gmail) dan penerima, lalu menghantarnya. Fail itu kemudian diurus oleh aplikasi yang anda pilih.

7. Memadam data anda

Anda boleh memadam semua data pada bila-bila masa dengan menyahpasang aplikasi, atau melalui Tetapan → Aplikasi → PasarMalam.app → Storan → Kosongkan data. Oleh kerana kami tidak menyimpan data anda, tiada data untuk dipadam di pihak kami. Rekod pembelian langganan disimpan oleh Google.

8. Kanak-kanak

Aplikasi ini untuk peniaga dan tidak ditujukan kepada kanak-kanak. Kami tidak mengumpul data daripada sesiapa, termasuk kanak-kanak.

In short:

  • We do not collect any personal data.
  • No account, no ads, no tracking. Selling works without the internet; the internet is only used by Google Play for subscriptions.

1. About this app

PasarMalam.app is a point-of-sale (POS) app for night-market traders. It is used to record sales, see sales totals and performance, manage a list of items, and send workers' selling sessions to the boss.

2. Data stored on your phone

The app stores the following locally on your phone:

  • Your item list (name, price, colour).
  • Selling sessions (session name, start and end time), including sessions received from another phone.
  • Sales (items, quantity, total, payment method: cash or e-wallet, and time of sale).
  • Your app language choice.
  • The last subscription plan reported by Google Play, so the app works without the internet.
  • One copy of the phone's data made before you restore a backup, so the restore can be undone.

This data is not sent to us. We have no server and cannot see your data.

3. Data we collect

None. The app has no user accounts and uses no third-party analytics, advertising, tracking or crash-reporting tools.

4. Subscriptions through Google Play

The paid plans (Peniaga Kecil and Peniaga Besar) are bought and managed through Google Play. Payments are processed by Google; we do not receive your card or payment details.

  • The app uses Google's Google Play Billing Library to show prices, make purchases, and ask Google Play which plan you have. For this, the app requests the internet and network state permissions.
  • This library may also send technical information about billing operations (for example, whether a purchase or a connection check succeeded) to Google.
  • Your purchase information is handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Play Terms of Service.
  • You can cancel a subscription at any time in the Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions.

5. Backups

Android automatic backup

If you turn on Google backup in your phone settings, Android may back up this app's database to your Google account and restore it when you change phones. This is handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy and your phone settings. You can turn it off in your phone's Settings.

Manual backup file

The Save data backup option creates a file in a location you choose. That file is under your control; keep it safe.

6. Sharing a summary and sending a session to the boss

The Share button on the Performance page opens Android's share menu with a sales summary.

The Send to boss button opens Android's share menu with a session file. The file contains one session's sales: session name, times, items, quantities, prices, totals and payment methods. A session sent this way is deleted from your phone after 12 hours. The recipient (for example your boss) can open the file in this app and add it to their phone.

In both cases, data is only shared when you choose an app (for example WhatsApp or Gmail) and a recipient, and send it yourself. The file is then handled by the app you chose.

7. Deleting your data

You can delete all data at any time by uninstalling the app, or via Settings → Apps → PasarMalam.app → Storage → Clear data. Because we do not hold your data, there is nothing to delete on our side. Subscription purchase records are kept by Google.

8. Children

This app is for traders and is not directed at children. We do not collect data from anyone, including children.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the "Effective" date above.
